LexiDossier aggregates and indexes records made publicly available by state government agencies, municipal county recorders, and judicial clerk offices pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law (Article I, Section 24, Florida Constitution; Chapter 119, Florida Statutes) and comparable state open-government statutes across the United States.
2. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Notice
LexiDossier.com is a public records aggregator and data indexing engine. LexiDossier is NOT a consumer reporting agency (CRA) as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use LexiDossier to determine an individual’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other FCRA-governed purpose.
3. Privacy-Friendly Analytics
We employ Plausible Analytics to understand website traffic in a privacy-respecting manner. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal identifiers, does not track visitors across other websites, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.
4. Public Record Removal & Statutory Opt-Out
Individuals eligible for statutory public records exemptions (including active and retired law enforcement officers, judiciary personnel, prosecutors, victims of qualifying crimes under Florida Statute § 119.071, or individuals holding valid protective court orders) may request immediate suppression of their records at no charge via our Opt-Out Portal or by contacting [email protected].
